I am very fortunate to find a team of amazing mothers that have a love of doing activities with their kids, and also want to share it with the world.
Their activities are not only fun to do, but stick with the simple, easy-to-implement philosophy that I have always embraced here on Hands On As We Grow®.

One of Tabitha’s favorite activities to do with her 2 kids (now 9 and 5) is painting and trying out new techniques! It’s a special time to focus on each other. The connection is creates with the kids and seeing the absolute joy on their faces is the best part of doing activities!
Tabitha often volunteers at her kids school and loves seeing them interact with their classmates. It makes her a proud mama when they’re being kind and great friends to others.

Meet Meg
Content Manager
Meg is a former teacher with a love of writing, running, reading and sharing education advice with families.
Meg runs all the content from our contributors. She’s in charge of scheduling out our activity calendar on Hands On As We Grow.
She’s amazing at editing!
She also loves to draw with chalk, finger paint, cook and play outside with her two kids (5 year old girl and 2 year old boy).
Their current favorite read is “The Fourteen Bears in Summer and Winter” by Evelyn Scott (and is a rare one as Amazon only has it available for $100!)
Meg loves the classics when it comes to activities. Doing activities that she did as a child and seeing their same excitement in their eyes is most enjoyable.
Did you know? Meg plays competitive kickball and she lives in Japan! I love the online world for that alone! We can all connect easily, no matter where we live.
And our kids and doing activities are a common link among us.
You can find Meg sharing educational advice on her website, Meg Flanagan Education Solutions

Amber is a former preschool teacher that loves the outdoors, photography, reading and baking. Baking with her two boys is a favorite for them to do together!
It makes her proud to see that her oldest son (now 3) is quite the little bookworm! They love the book “Lost and Found” by Oliver Jeffers and all the Piggie and Gerald series.
You’ll love Amber’s free style spirit in her activities. She’s never worried about the outcome or what they’re learning (everything is learning at this point!), that all she is focused on is having a good time together.
